Who Is Behind This Website?

Some people might be thinking: “I don’t want to know about you, I just want to make some money”. If that is the case, then by all means go to the Business Opportunities page. If not, then I think it is appropriate for me to introduce myself and if you wish to do the same, then I am more than willing to hear from you.

As with all introductions, I will start with the basics. My name is Abdi and I am from the United Kingdom. I went through the 'normal' education system and finished university in June 2004 being relatively successful! In the past I have worked in the financial industry and didn’t quite like the corporate world. I also set up my own offline retail business, but soon sold my share simply because of the increasing overheads and the fact that I wasn’t leveraging my time effectively. I have also dabbled in a whole heap of home based business programs – some worked and some just weren’t for me.

So what made me have this entrepreneurial edge? At the end of the second year of university, I went to a property seminar hosted by Warren Borse with two other mates. This seminar changed my whole way of thinking and introduced new concepts such as financial freedom, rat race, passive income, letting money work for you and so on. I then read many books including the now famous 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' by Robert Kiyosaki and ‘Think and Grow Rich’ by Napoleon Hill. This is how I started my path towards financial freedom and it's been my lifetime ambition ever since.

I now operate a few different businesses, with the goal of creating diverse and multiple sources of income. My workhorse business - the one that keeps me clothed and fed – is this website: ProvenOnlineBusiness.Net. You can check out what I am involved with in the Business Opportunities.

All in all, working online is a wonderful lifestyle. I never have to commute. I work my own hours. I can take my work and do it anywhere - using my laptop. The upside is I can work from anywhere in the world - and do. The downside is that my work is integrated tightly with my life, and is never far away.

Give you an example. When I go on "holiday", I must take my work with me. When in holiday mode I get up early and put in a couple of hours work - then close the computer and have the rest of the day and evening off.

Now, while it seems a drag to not be able to take a real holiday, in the sense of leaving work behind, in fact it offers a lot of freedom. How? Because I can take a holiday wherever and whenever I like. All I need is an internet connection and I'm in business.

The internet has given me freedom like never before and I'm passionate about helping others see the potential, and to realise a similar dream for themselves.
